Why isn't Raven Symone in the new Cheetah Girls movie?

I've seen commercials on Disney Channel and stuff (my little sister won't watch any other channel =P) and I've noticed that Raven isn't in the new movie or any of the songs that have been released by the Cheetah Girls recently. Anyone know why?? Thanks ♥ ♥ ♥
