What is going on with my body? please help?!?

You should get checked for a UTI! I had one for about 6 months and didn't know it because my symptoms were stomach aches and running to the bathroom with diarrhea 5 minutes after I ate. Now I have to get surgery to get my urethra fixed because it is too small for me to pee because of the scar tissue.
