Ewwww help.... a friend of mines 10 yr old put his nasty finger in my daughters mouth. should I be worried?

now I know these are dirty kids.... like really really not just dirt I am talking dont get showers or changed clothes dirty. he had it in there for about 2 minutes he said because he couldnt find her pacifier....
