Gays and s ...I have a question for you?

The only reason same- marriage is banned is because it is contrary to Christian teaching, to make laws based on any single religion and prohibiting the free exercise of others is a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. We cannot make this a really good place for any of us to live if we don't make it a fairly good place for all of us to live, and that means, at the very least, equality under the law for all of us.
