Can anyone tell me if it is ok to treat my fish with a fungus and a parasite treatment at the same time?

i have three tank 10/ 29 and 35 gallon the 10 has molly and guppy fry the 29 has mollies and the 35 has guppies i think they have been fin rot and parasites is it ok to treat them all with the tetra fungus guard and the parasite guard at the same time
