Dance moves for Promotion Dance?

I am such a bad dancer.If a song such as Boom Boom Pow comes on, its upbeat obviously, so how do I dance to that? I'm so clueless! Any sites that show me basic dance moves so I don't look like a effin retard on the dance floor? perhaps if they have instructional videos even?
