Plympton to Plymouth - Need help with public transportation!?

Are there any buses from Plympton to Plymouth on saturday morning? i can't seem to find anything certain online and i have no idea where the bus stop in Plympton is. Can any local help please? :) ( I'm trying to get to Plymouth city center)
