I need help ping my permit ?

So I'm 17 going on 18 on the 28th of Feb and I still haven't gotten my permit or drivers license I've tried 4 times ping it but by the 4th I missed 3 more questions than I needed to p. I so stressed about this:( I know I have a learning disability and hate having it Cause I can't p this test. Can someone help me with how I should study? I. Studied on the computer but so of the questions weren't on the computer test like what to do on skids the jail thing, drinking and such and such. Please help me this is the second biggest problem I need help with. Oh and one of my teachers suggested to talk a oral speaking test instead of paper or computer test ill try that next time I go to the DMV but yeah help Please I need it:)
