What clical piano pieces do you consider "advanced level"?

If you can play Revolutionary Etude along with some other etudes, Fantasie-Impromptu, Beethoven Tempest Sonata, Shumann Piano Concerto in A minor, would you consider the student as an advanced level? How advanced? I would say Advanced would be something like, being able to play all Etudes and Rachmaninov concerto etc. What do you think? I just want to a general ideal of what everyone thinks advanced. Thank you!
