Tape Inforamation?

Any company provided tape solution for silicon wafer? Currently i am looking for supplier who can provide solution for tape on silicon wafer backside that suitable for laser marking application. The tape should be not easily to be remove, can stand in high temperature, within 3 mils thickness and should be in black color.
