My baby wont stop crying?

since yesterday evening my baby who is 11 days old is been farting a lot and has is having 4 - 5 bowl movements a day while she is farming but she will not sleep and wont stop crying (she will cry for a few minutes then stop for 30 seconds then cry again) her temp under the arm is 96.3 and she is spiting up a lot and the only thing that will calm her is more of the bottle and we do not want to over feed her what can we do to help her out
