Is this a good idea for a book?

Sorry, but it feels so been there done that sort of thing. It sounds good but it gets hard in the middle because she feels the same pain. I have tried to write a book like that and it is really difficult to do. Try making her, have another issue, a boy - or girl. I hate to sound rude but you need to make her life as HORRIBLE as possible - exaggerated it. Go from LOVE to HATE.
