Casino dealer certificate?

I attened a info session for a casion dealer job from the company "success in the cards" they ask $150.00 for a week session and certificate. Is this legit or a scam ? the job was posted on the hrdc job bank and i dont think they would post anything that wasnt legit but still im a bit wary because of the cost? Help please.
