Can I please have a copy of Richard M. Nixon's speech "The Media: Freedom without Constraint"?

It is found in his book entitled BEYOND PEACE. However, I cannot find a copy of that book. I already searched some "Great Speeches web sites" but it wasn't there. I am hoping I could get a copy of the transcript of the exact speech. Thank you very much.
